An Australian Favourite, the Sirora variety Pistachio was purposely bred in Australia for Australian conditions, giving the tree nut excellent flavour, bright green colour kernels, easy to open shells which split on the tree, white unbleached shells, they are slightly roasted and salted them giving them an unrivalled flavour.
