Change of mind / wrong item ordered

• Change of mind or wrong-order returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

• For change-of-mind or wrong-order returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

• If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

• In these cases, we will also cover all reasonable return and replacement shipping costs.
