Sweet, toasty and firm, a roasted hazelnut has a clean crunch and a flavour that sits easily next to chocolate and coffee. It's why so many good desserts have hazelnuts in them.
For a homemade chocolate spread, blitz them with cocoa, sugar and a little oil. Chop them over gelato or a chocolate tart, fold them into brownies, or toss them through a salad of roast beetroot and goat's cheese. A small bowl beside the coffee machine works too.

What sizes can I buy?
Online we sell the 100g packet, 200g tub and 250g packet.
Can I bake with them?
Yes. Chop them for brownies, biscotti or a torte, or grind them fine and use them in place of some of the flour in a chocolate cake.
Does it contain gluten?
There are no gluten-containing ingredients, but it isn't certified gluten free. It's packed in a facility that also handles cereals and grains.
