About these dates
Soft dates with the stones already taken out, ready to chop, blend or eat as they are.
Rich and caramel-sweet, with a soft, sticky chew that turns almost fudgy once the dates are warmed through. Chop them and they cling to the knife, then melt into whatever they're baked in.
They're the heart of a proper sticky date pudding. Add them to date scones or a date and walnut loaf, roll them into bliss balls with oats and coconut, or blitz a couple into a banana smoothie.

Is there any added sugar?
No. Dates are the only ingredient, so all the sweetness is the fruit's own.
What sizes can I buy?
Online we sell the 200g tub and 400g packet.
Do I need to soak them?
Only for baking. A soak in boiling water softens them so they blend smoothly into puddings and loaves. For snacking, eat them as they are.
Does it contain gluten?
There are no gluten-containing ingredients, but it isn't certified gluten free. It's packed in a facility that also handles cereals and grains.
Suitable for vegans?
There are no animal ingredients in it.
