Soft raspberry-flavoured jellies coated in white chocolate, with the chocolate making up half the weight.
Creamy white chocolate melts first, then you reach a soft jelly with a sharp, sweet raspberry flavour. Together they taste a lot like raspberries and cream.
Scatter a few over a pavlova just before it goes to the table, pile them into a glass bowl for the dessert spread, or add them to a box of mixed chocolates for a birthday.

Storage: 12 months sealed; the best-before date is on the pack. Store below 18°C in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, so the chocolate doesn't melt or bloom.
