Pineapple Rings

Rings of dried pineapple, golden and chewy, with the sharp tang of the fresh fruit.

Sticky-sweet at first, then the sharp, sunny flavour of pineapple comes through. Each ring has a dense, chewy bite.

Eat them like lollies, or snip them with kitchen scissors into the muesli or a fruit loaf. Dip half of each ring in melted dark chocolate and let it set on baking paper, or chop a few into a coconut slice.

Common questions

• Do they contain sulphites? Yes. Sulphur dioxide (220) is on the ingredient list, so skip them if you're sensitive to sulphites.
• Does it contain gluten? There are no gluten-containing ingredients, but it isn't certified gluten free. It's packed in a facility that also handles cereals and grains.
• Suitable for vegans? There are no animal ingredients in it.

Storage: 12 months sealed; the best-before date is on the pack. Store in a cool, dry place, and once open keep it in an airtight container.
